Common questions

Analysis looks wrong or incomplete. Analysis is generated by an AI model from what you provide and can be wrong. If a slip photo was misread, try a clearer, well-lit photo with every leg visible.

Credits. Text analyses cost 1 credit, slip photos cost 2. Your balance is shown on your account page.

Delete my data. You can clear saved history and images in settings, or delete your account and everything attached to it from your account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Take a break. Settings lets you lock yourself out of the analyzer for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently.
