Vantic produces commentary and analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. No outcome is predicted or promised, and no analysis should be treated as a guarantee.

Vantic does not accept wagers, hold funds, or connect to any sportsbook account, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any sportsbook, casino or gambling operator.

Any wager you place is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility. You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction and betting must be lawful where you are. No system for betting is safe and no one can protect you from loss.

Analysis is generated by an AI model from the information you provide and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, including when reading a slip image. We do not warrant accuracy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers or gambling losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You and Vantic each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@vantic.live.

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time, including where a jurisdiction becomes restricted or where these terms are breached. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from settings.
